How much does office cleaning cost in Sydney?
Most Sydney offices are quoted at $40 to $60 per hour per cleaner for regular scheduled visits. Smaller offices are often done on a flat rate of $180 to $380 per deep clean. Three things set your price: the floor area, how often we come, and what is included, such as kitchens, washrooms, glass and floor care. Tell us those three and we can price it over the phone. What is included in a commercial office clean?
A standard office clean covers desks and hard surfaces wiped and sanitised, bins emptied and relined, floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchens and breakout areas cleaned, and washrooms cleaned and restocked. Glass, carpet steam cleaning, high dusting and floor care are usually scheduled separately rather than nightly. Most offices are cleaned after hours, so your staff are not working around vacuums and wet floors. We build the list around your site and put it in writing before the first clean. Call 1300 711 986.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Hope Property Care Services is fully insured. If your building manager or your insurer needs to see paperwork before we start, raise it when you call and we will deal with it before the first clean, not on the day. Call 1300 711 986.
What happens if we are not happy with a clean?
Tell us and we will re-clean it free. We would rather hear about it the next morning and put it right than have you living with it or quietly looking for someone else. Let us know which areas fell short and when, and we will get back to the site. Call 1300 711 986.
How often should an office be cleaned?
Most Sydney offices are cleaned three to five times a week. Daily suits sites with heavy foot traffic, shared kitchens or client-facing reception areas. Two or three visits a week is usually enough for a quieter office of under twenty staff, with washrooms and kitchens done every visit either way. Which parts of Sydney do you cover?
We work across the Sydney metropolitan area, including the CBD, the inner west, the north shore and the western suburbs, and we are based in Toongabbie. Tell us your suburb when you call and we will confirm straight away whether it is on our run and how soon we can get to you. If it is outside our area we will say so rather than waste your time. Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can start with a one-off clean or a short trial period to see whether the work and the people suit you before committing to anything ongoing. If you do want a regular schedule we will set out the scope, the frequency and the price in writing first, so there are no surprises later. Call 1300 711 986.
Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own equipment and supplies, including eco-friendly and TGA-approved products, so nothing comes out of your budget or your store cupboard. If your site needs a specific product for a surface, a warranty or an allergy, tell us and we will use it. Consumables such as hand soap, paper towel and bin liners can be included in your schedule if you would rather not manage them. Call 1300 711 986.
